Our Restorations, And how we do them!

First of all we peel them with our metal knifes, then we smash them to bits. Well this is how most were done in the 80's! |

We take and unrestored, non-running example of a Lambretta, that by most peoples standards probably would have been thrown away. |

We strip the engine out, de-grease it ready for inspection, and renovation. |
 |
Again with with body parts, the are all totally stripped, checked and sent to be blasted, ready for the first stages of preperation. |

Once all the body work has been sand blasted, all parts are checked and repaired where needed. |
 |
Special attention is payed to the recovery of all the small specialised parts, which are re-polished or re-plated back to their original condition. |

All alloy parts are vapour blasted, creating a better than new, durable surface. |
 |
Once all the forks are finished, they are re-built using new or re-furbished parts. |
 |
The same goes for the hubs, all parts are checked and rebuilt. |
 |
The engine is rebuilt replacing any worn or damaged items with new components. |
 |
Quality 2K paints are used on all bodywork, while internal parts such as toolboxes and petrol tanks, are powder coated to give a tough durable finish |

Reassembly begins, all badges, rubbers and perishable parts are replaced |

Seat(s) are recovered, and great care is taken to ensure all parts are correctly assembled as they would have been built at the factory. The machine is fully tested for UK use. |
Restorations a standard specification engine, with 12v A.C. lighting conversion, and duo tone paint work. Extras can be added to the engines, for example electronic ignition and tuned cylinder kits.
More complex paint work and accessories can also be added to the body work, all at extra cost.
Any other modifications etc can also be included, just let us know what your requirements are and we will do all that is humanly possible to carry them out!
